3. Services

3.1 Description: Solvanta provides spiritual growth courses for entrepreneurs, business owners, and directors.

3.2 Scheduling: We will agree on dates after purchase. If you require a different schedule, please inform us at least 7 days in advance.

3.3 Cancellations and Credits: If you cancel at least 7 days before a scheduled session, you may choose to apply your credit toward another course of equal or greater value within 6 months. If you cancel less than 7 days before a scheduled session, no credit will be granted due to resource commitments.

4. Information Products

4.1 Description: Our digital materials, including videos and written files, are delivered electronically after registration.

4.2 Access Duration: Access is granted for a 12-month period from the date of delivery.

4.3 Cancellations: You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery if you have not consumed more than 20% of the content. To request a refund, please contact us. Once approved, we will withdraw access rights and process a reimbursement to your original method within 14 business days.

5. Goods

5.1 Description: Physical workbooks, meditation tools, and other items are shipped from our warehouse.

5.2 Shipping: Delivery times vary by location.

5.3 Refunds for Goods: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 5 days of receipt and provide photographic evidence. You may send the item back to our address and we will dispatch a replacement at no additional charge. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a reimbursement to your original method within 14 business days after we receive the item.

6. No-Refund Services

Certain premium one-on-one mentoring sessions are final and not eligible for reimbursement due to personalized resources and reserved time commitments. This policy is made clear at the time of booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided by Solvanta are owned by Solvanta and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials without prior written permission.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from or relating to our offerings is limited to the amount you have paid for the specific service, information product, or good that gives rise to the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our offerings after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Qatar, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
